PURE POLICY

By booking an appointment with PURE - The Skin & Beauty Institute, you agree to the stated policy procedures below.

BOOKINGS

To secure a spot in PURE, the following policies are in place—

All appointments booked with PURE are reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client and help me maintain an efficient schedule for all clients.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment (non-refundable) for future appointments.

APPOINTMENTS

There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointment slots. Please keep in mind that if booked back to back and you are late to your appointment, the treatment may shorten in length.

FORMS

All treatments provided at PURE - The Skin & Beauty Institute require completion of an intake and consent form designated to the service booked prior to being performed. Paperwork will be sent digitally or may be filled out in person at your appointment time, prior to your services. Refusal to complete intake forms will result in a cancellation of your booking.

PURE Package Payment Policy

At PURE - The Skin & Beauty Institute, our treatment packages are designed to make achieving your skin goals more affordable through flexible weekly instalments.

Payment Plans

All PURE Packages can be paid via 4weekly instalments. Your weekly payment amount is determined by the total package value and agreed payment term.

Package Terms & Conditions

  • All treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Weekly instalments must be paid on time to maintain your payment plan.

  • Missed or declined payments may result in future appointments being postponed until your account is brought up to date.

  • The full package balance must be paid before your final treatment appointment.

  • Package pricing is valid only when purchased as a package and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

  • Home-care products included in your package (where applicable) will be provided as advised by your therapist throughout your treatment plan.

  • Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed by PURE.

  • Treatment appointments are subject to PURE’s standard booking and cancellation policy.
